Legal nurse consulting streamlines the chasm between the medical system and the legal world.  Expert RN LLC can help you bridge that gap.  I have over 23 years of widely varied nursing experience, have obtained a paralegal studies certificate, and am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Health Law. As a legal nurse consultant,  I can save you valuable time and effort in analyzing all aspects of cases involving medical issues - allowing you to focus on the legal aspects of your case without interpreting medical information which is often the equivalent of a foreign language. During an internship I discovered a very valuable fact - many experts are very narrowly focused and miss the little details. I am extremely detail oriented and will never miss that fact which could make all the difference to your client's case!

• Screening new cases to allow you to focus on those with medical merit
• Analyze records, policies and procedures, zeroing in on those relevant to your case
• Develop comprehensive reports and chronological timelines of sentinel medical events and how they affect the case analysis
• Research and apply current medical and nursing research along with standards of care
• Analyze records for tampering or alterations
• Provide any reports, visual aids or other necessary media for presentation to a jury in simple, easy to understand format

Fee for services discussed at the time of service.  Retainer may be requested upfront for larger cases
